Creating New Categories In Classipress

Please be a little patient with me as I am new to all of this.

Firstly good job in a lovely classipressstheme.

couple of simple questions:

When I create a category, and then a sub category below that, it stops showing after the third entry on the live site. Can this be changed.
IE in the back end in Word press it allows me to add more than three sub categories but only shows three in the live site.

Also when I view the live web site it custom puts the order in Alphabetically as opposed to the order I put in Word Press.

Lastly, I want to create a classified listing for cars, and want a "Find a dealer" Page. Is this within the theme.
