Cuaromize Color, Resize, or Remove Ads Heading Banner Area

1. I want to customize banner area for my single ads heading. Please look at my attachment image. As you can see, it is ugly and the text is unreadable. How do I change color, resize, remove, or dedicate a fixed image banner for that area?

2. How to display website logo on mobile.
