    Set As Banner NOT working in admin area

    With one of the theme updates, there was a change where you can set an uimage as a banner within the admin area. I am sorry, but this DOES not work.

    This is a MUST to be able to set up an image as a banner as being logged in as an Admin. I was so happy to see this when I did an update, but it simply does not work for me.

    Can someone else confirms that this works or doesa not work? I have updated theme on my network to 4.1.3 using App Theme updater plugin.
