    custom field in forms

    Hi
    i have big big problem i cant connect tow custom field in form with each other !!! Like if i made custom field cars model like bmw opel audi .......... I want whene i choose one of these option like bmw i want the other custom field give me options for bmw model like bmw 318 520 730 .......... And need these option in advance search !!! How i can make it ?????
