    Custom Forms Field non Clickable Urls?

    Hi,

    I made some Custom Form Fields to display more than just the Facebook and Twitter links.

    I added 2 text fields with:
    - YouTube Page Link
    - LinkedIn Profile Link

    But it make the fields normal text and non clickable? How can I make those fields clickable if the user inputs URLs in them?
