Customfields by group on single ad page

hi there. first i need say sry for crap english.

Im trying to do following

I created a lot of custom fields like 40 or more


And now i wanna show fields grouped on single ad page like

Maindetails in an seperate tab (example 6 Customfields)
Optic details in an seperate tab (how it looks example 6 Customfields)
Service details (9 custopmfields)

So at the single ad it ll be best to splitt these infos
