Customization after Installation

Hello. I recently installed the latest version of Classipress. I was under the impression that after install, the site would look similar to the Classipress Demo; https://demos.appthemes.com/?theme=classipress. The site is up, but it looks like there I will need to complete a lot more customization to get it to where the demo is: menus from scratch, form fields, admin menus, etc. Is there a child theme I can download or step by step walk through to get the site to the point of the demo.
