    Default Form and Custom Fields not Installing

    I installed ClassiPress 3.1 on my windows server and the Default form and custom fields weren't available. I got he message - No custom fields found. This usually means your install script did not run correctly. Go back and try reactivating the theme again - in the Custom Fields tab. I tried deleting and re - installing the theme but still no go.
    I then tried patching to version 3.1.1 and then to 3.1.2 and still no go. I uninstalled the whole thing and started again this time a fresh install of the complete 3.1.2 theme. Still the same. Does anyone know of another solution to this?
