The default WordPress login page is still accessible

I did not get a reply from my old post; I am opening a new thread

When I logon to my dashboard :-

Here is the complete error message
The default WordPress login page is still accessible.
After you ensure that permalinks on your site are working correctly and you are not using any "maintenance mode" plugins, please disable it in your theme settings.


I could not do anything in my dashboard;all links go to the same url

The URL that is keep looping on any link is
http://xxx.com/wp-admin/admin.php?pa...ngs&firstrun=1
