differences between 3.0.5.1 and 3.0.5.2 ????

is there's a detail list showing what's differences between 3.0.5.1 and 3.0.5.2 ??

I have one site just upgraded to 3.0.5.2 from 3.0.4,
and I have another site still using 3.0.5.1

but because I've made lots of changes in php for the 3.0.5.1 site, I really don't want to upgrade again unless its necessary

can someone tell me what are the differences, like which files has been changed for what purpose, between 3.0.5.1 and 3.0.5.2 ??
