Difficulty uploading theme

Hi. I had posted a message on this forum yesterday. I am not sure if I have posted properly. I really need urgent assistance. I emailed my issue to support and this is my support ticket #47434:

I will explain the issue again. I upgraded my Classipress theme yesterday. After uploading the theme, there are many issues. The home page is different, and there are no plugins or widgets in the system information.

I deleted the theme and reuploaded it again and it was the same issue. I activated another theme and the other theme works fine so my wordpress is fine. I am new at this with no knowledge of any web designing. I was assured by support that the theme is very simple to upload and edit the appearance bit the upload is not not uploading as it should, now as a novice, I really don't know what the issue and how to resolve it. Please help.

I have attached images I took of the dashboard screen after uploading the theme. Hope they help is understanding the issue.
