Double Opt-in registration process - I must be crazy or blind

I can read that Double Opt-in registration process is implemented within Classipress.

But i can't find the option.
On my Classipress website, people who don't a an accouant can create one en publish a first add before receiving the Email password (useful later).
I'd like a real double opt-in that prevent user to post any add before clicking a confiormation link.

I can see here and there that the question is shared, but i can't find the solution : native in Classipress (but where ?) Classipress plugin ? Wordpress pulugin ?
