    Drag & Drop field

    Hi, I see demo and read other help thread that the field in form layouts can be drag and drop, I tried but its not moving, widget is ok but not this, I've disable all plugin but still not working, I'm using Ipad but I tried on my Samsung android but its still not working, please kindly help, thanks in advance.
