    Cannot drag and drop widgets on Version 3.1.9?

    I've just installed Version 3.1.9 on my website www.bid2load.com and cannot drag and drop widgets.
    I've tried disabling all plug-ins, without any success.
    Looking for solutions on previous threads hasn't helped.
