Cannot drag/move/edit widgets

Hi !

I have a french translate version of Classipress 3.1.3, and have too many problems with the widgets panel. Sometimes I can drag the widgets on the footer window, but sometimes I cannot. A few minutes ago I drag 4 text widgets on the footer, and now I can edit the first one, but the three other ones I cannot edit/move or drag again out the window... it's really weird because it's never the same problem...

I try with 3 browsers, empty caches, 2 different OS, the past hour I search on the forums how to fix it... and see that translate versions can cause some troubles with the PO files or something like that...

My question is : What I have to change/re-translate to have my ClassiPress running well ? Cause I'm really stuck now to work on the project...
