dropdown menu not working after upgrade to 3.4
Form dropdown menus are not starting on the first option and there is no arrow on the bottom to scroll.
The country drop down start with "select, Ireland, N. Ireland, England...." When a user clicks on it the first option they get is "N.Ireland" see below screen shot.

Is it just a simple css code change that will bring the dropdown menu back to the same style as in 3.2, it also doesn't work on early versions of android.
