Duplicate Page title (WordPress SEO) - How to add category to title?

Hi - I use Classipress as a directory and allow companies to make listings in multiple categories. However, by default this means that the Page Titles for these are duplicate since it just uses the title of the ad followed by my site name (eg. ABC Company - SuperGuide Directory).

I am getting notices in Google Webmaster tools about these duplicate Page Titles and would like to add the category of the ad into the Page Title to make it unique (eg. ABC Company - Auditors - SuperGuide Directory).

I'm using Yoast's WordPress SEO plugin and it gives a lot of options to configure this through shortcodes, but I can't establish what the shortcode would be for the ad category.

One option should be %%ct_<custom-tax-name>%% (which is described in the Help as "Replaced with a posts custom taxonomies, comma separated.") but I've tried %%ct_ad_category%% and it returns a blank.

Any ideas?
