duplicated header in body.
Hi, my site has a complete duplicate of my head section in the body... im using Yoast, but theres still a duplicate when its deactivated.

Im also having issues with page titles and category titles being displayed. Its not displaying as set in Yoast. But the changes are being shown correctly in the Yoast meta details. But the output isn't as they're not being indexed correctly. The title and site name seem to be the set output.
Again any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
