    Edit placeholder text on /ads page?

    The /ads page of my Classipress site https://www.usedradiomall.com/ads/ contains the following text near the top:

    "This is where you can create new classified ads on your site."

    I can't seem to find the location where I can change or remove this text. I assume it's straight forward I am just not finding it

    Can anybody point to where this text is edited?
