Hi All

I wonder if someone could tell me (if possible) how I update my job roller theme without replacing silly annoying things like placeholder text throughout the site every time.
It's really frustrating that every time I update the theme all the placeholder text I changed in the previous theme is back again. It seems a little silly to have it in the theme anyway to be honest as they use terms like developer and PHP in there. If the site as with mine is not targeting web people then I can't simply leave them. Can't they be made / kept blank or maybe have something put into the back end so you can edit it with ease?
