Email notifications not working

Hello -
We recently changed our email service to G-Suite. It has disrupted our email, including notifications from my ClassiPress site. I no longer receive notifications of pending ads. And many users have told me they can't reset their password now - they don't get an email on how to do so. G-Suite told us to add .test-google-a.com to the end of administrative email to resolve the problem. I've done that, but I'm still not receiving emails.

Any help you can offer?
