    Post Email Password and new user notifications not working

    CP Ver 3.1.9
    WP 3.4.1
    Issue 1:
    I'm having issues with New users getting password emails? I have tried it my self and I waited 2 hours and no email.

    New user email:
    Enable Custom Emails? No

    Site Configuration:
    User Set Password: No

    Issue 2:
    When someone does register, I never receive an email notifying me?
    Admin New User Email: Yes

    Help please...
