emails from contact's tab doesn't receive to author of the ad.

I have a problem and I don’t know how it solve. When I enter to some ad I have two ways to contact with the advertiser. The first way is thru a leaving a massage on a website of the ad. It works. The second way is through Contact’s tab – it doesn’t work. There are map’s tab and author’s tab too. I sent many emails in many different configurations. Firstly I thought it was problem with IP address but it wasn’t reason. Then I asked my friends to send emails to author of ad (me). There weren’t received emails.
I don’t know what’s happened. Please help me if somebody knows a solution.
