    Error 403

    When I'm not logged in and I click the "Post an Ad" button to take me to the "add-new" page, I get an Error 403. This doesn't happen when I'm logged in as an admin. Is this by design? How can I fix it? Is there a way to tell the user they must be logged in or something like that or is this a flaw?
