Error when activate theme in local portable server?

Hi!
I running my wordpress v 3.4.2 at at local server EasyPhp12.1 5.4.6, everything works well until I activate my classipress theme and got an error message in apache when I visit the site;

Fatal error: Cannot re-assign auto-global variable _POST in O:\EasyPHP-12.1\www\ysm\wp-content\themes\classipress\includes\gateways\paypa l\ipn.php on line 124

or from Apache errorlog txt.file

when I delete the classipress-theme it works again, I've also tried different elder versions of WP and EasyPhp but same result?

Please help!
