    Exclude admin text from a language file

    Hello,

    How can I exclude the admin text from a language file so the back office remains in English and only the front office is translated? It seems like there is a way to do this but I cannot figure it out. The language pack I installed is not very good to say the least and I'd rather have the admin in English so I can better understand...
