my featured ads seem to be turning off the "featured" banner on their own
They were there when the customer paid for them, now they are gone. The ad is still there but the featured ribbon is gone. a lso, i notice when a customer first pays for featured, they are on the homepage in the top left as such. then after a time, they are gone from homepage with ribbon. why is this happening and is there a way to alter how long it is on the homepage? thank you
