Filling in fields section..changing fields

Morning

I want to try and convert the classifieds theme into a job board... so;

The page after you've chosen your category, which in this case would be the job sector, where it lists > Title to Coupon Code

How do I go about editing / deleting etc these fields to the fields required for employers to submit a jobs listings?

i.e. Changing "Price" to "Wage / Salary" etc
