Getting ClassiPress to work in a subdirectory

ClassiPress is set up and partly works in a subdirectory - like this example: www.examplesite.com/classipress/
BUT, links to the Dashboard, Add-new, etc are broken, not producing a 404, just "This page cannot be found"

I strongly believe that something in my ClassiPress/Settings/Advanced "Global Variables" and "Custom Post Type" is not set up correctly.

Can someone please suggest a fix?
