I have 2 questions, about ad tag and the title

1. How i can list the city for all my ads like the Widget AD tag. I want to add to the widget Ad Tag to display the all city from ads .....i don't want The widget |Ad tag| to display the tag more .
is this posibile ? can somebody help me ? how to change the code ?

2.How to add a word before the title for all ads? I want t example to add the word "Special offer" before the all "Title " for all ads.
