    "Head Cover Image" file attachment

    Hi,

    I found out that the users (contributors) are not able to attach "Head Cover Image" at "Edit Profile" and only the administrators are.

    How can I remove the "Head Cover Image" file attachment and its texts (file attached)? Thank you in advance for your time.
