Need Help in Changing the "section-head" for Category Pages

Hello. I am ready to launch my Vantage directory site (www.allaboutswingsets.com) and have noticed that all of the category pages print the title of the first post from that category as the section head for that category page. I would prefer if the section head was the name of the respective category.

Is there an easy way to modify what is printed for category page section heads?

p.s. I have figured out how to "turn off" the section heads on those category pages, but I would prefer to use them if I could.
