Hi

First of all i'd like to know how to change the change the "Search for ..." in the hompepage, i know it's generated by so, i dont have full control over it

Second thing its a 2 part request

1st, in the Ad creation, i'd like to Lock the country dropdown and only one will be selected without the possibility to change.
2nd, in the ad creation, i'd like to change the drodown menu from state to a custom list (my country state/province), not USA list ....

It'd be nice if you change the country, the satate dropdown update aswell
