    Hide Empty categories does not work

    Hello, guys. I am trying to change the settings of categories displaying on the front page (hide empty categories) at My Website Here is the screenshot of the settings: https://i.imgur.com/GlOrVFu.png But I can still see all the categories in the place. Any idea how to fix the bug?

    Question 2: How do I move up the featured ads ABOVE the categories on the front page https://i.imgur.com/4SlPz6P.png ? Thanks a lot for your answers!
