    How to Abbreviate Alert Emails Content

    Hi,
    The job alert emails that are sent out is of the full job post, which can be large, and if the job limit for each email is more than 1 then the look is cumbersome. Is there a way to have the email messages displayed for each job be abbreviated, that way the reader can comfortably view more that one job post.
