how to add another Currency symbol for Euro .......

i research in forum some threads for my questions but nothing to help me.
I want to change or to add a new Symbol for Euro..... i dont want to use € , for ex. i want to use a emoji or to repleace this symbol €.
WHere i can edit exactly this code and to add a new symbol.
