How to approve and publish an ad

I created an Ad using the 'Post an Ad' functionality on my Classipress Site
I login to my WP admin site
I go to 'Ads'
The ad is waiting for moderation and approval
I select the check box next to it
'Bulk Actions' is set
I click 'Apply'
The status remains set to pending and it doesn't publish to the site

How can I approve / publish it?
