How can I change the reply form on the ad listing page?

Hi,

When logged out, the "Leave a Reply" form on an ad page gives fields for Name, Email, and Website. I would like to change 'Website' to 'Phone number'. How can I do this? I have looked for the code everywhere but can't locate it.
