How to control all styles though the child theme?

I have "Disable Stylesheets" checked in ClassiPress>Settings>Advanced.
I have created a child theme folder with style.css in it.
I want to avoid using the "Appearance>Customize. . ." method of styling.
I want total control over all styles in my child theme folder.

What files do I need in my child theme folder to have total control over the "style" (and avoid using the customize feature in the ACP? ??
    Can this be done?
