How do I create multiple search bars

Hi,

How do I create multiple search bars/boxes on my homepage?

Whichever option is chosen in the first search bar will limit the options in the second search bar and in turn limit the options in the third and fourth search bars.

Example: Volkswagen -> Golf -> 2019 -> Body Parts -> Door

Is this possible? If so could you please explain to me how to do so.
