How do I display subcategory, subcategoris in post an ad

Hi,

Could any one help me please sort this out..
I have category, subcategory and another subcategory, e.g

-Auto
-- Cars
--- BWM

If someone want to create an ad then from the drop down menu they can select only Auto and Cars but what about BWM and so one..?
in demo of the newest realize of the classipress I see that facility but what about older version of the classipress?


And also please advice, ones an ad is created for example "Campsie Karting Centre " Then title is

Campsie Karting Centre | My domain name title
How do I change from my domain name title to something esle?
