How to feature an already existing AD as an user?

Hello,

I'm having a little problem with the featured part. When the user adds an ad, it let's him feature it nicely, but if the ad is already made, and he wants to feature it, it doesn't allow it to do it (there is no option or at least I didn't find it). I, as an admin, can make it feauted from the control panel, but the user can't do it when the ad is already made? (I guess it should be on the "edit" part of an ad, but it isn't)
