    How to remove banner photo

    How to remove the option of adding a banner image to an add??

    I only want customers to be able to choose photos in their add - not in the banner. See link below
    And then I would like a fixed photo that I choose in the banner - that will always be the same. Hope my question makes sense.
    Please let me know how I could do this. Thanks!
