    How do we use the New PayPal Sandbox to test payments now?

    The site is a dev site now with API's and tokens ans such. There is now way to view the sandbox account with a merchant or buyer. No way to refund, ect. Please take a look and tell me how we set this up now? I imported my sandbox accounts, and can read emails sent out. But can't do much else. Please advise. Sandbox url redirects to a linked page and only one link showing. Clcik on it and you arrive here: https://developer.paypal.com

    So do we need a panel in CP backend to enter the token and secret key now, on the payment pages? How do we do this when there is no place to enter it?
