How do you deal with User Problems?
I am getting a slow but steady stream of 2-5 users signed up per day but every now and then I hear someone say they "can't" sign up (for a variety of reasons: "it won't accept my password", "it kicks me off the site", "nothing happens", "I don't get an email", etc.) Since I'm not sitting at their computer I'm not sure exactly what is happening, or what browser they're using, etc. so I'm not sure how to troubleshoot. Most of my users are not very tech-savvy so it's hard to get the correct information from them that will give me an exact reason for the troubles. So I'm just wondering how other people deal with problems like this. Or if they even have them?
