HTML Links, Dofollow link problem. Query about Theme upgrade to Development Build

Hi,

I am facing some issues with CP (using the latest version)
I am also using Simply responsive Child theme on the site (http://adsnity.in) and i asked the same there but they say it is because of CP.

BTW, what is the difference bitween stand and Development Build of Classipress theme?


#1- How to upgrade to the latest version of CP Development Build ?
- Because it does not work "update theme/upload theme" option in WP dashboard. It will show an error in that case as: "the theme already exist in so and so folder"

So, should i achieve this goal by going to Cpanel or Ftp method? replace the old theme with the new one?

Please explain me about this thing.


#2- For once i had ticked the option in the theme setting" allow users to use HTML" and then i disabled it again. But there occurred this problem now due to that:

Now, even if my users dont have access to HTML formatting still their common url become clickable links (for eg- if they put (www or http:// or both)example.com - then example.com becomes a clickable links...to remove the links i manually have to remove www or http:// or both from the url)

#3- If i make a link with an anchor text to it , it becomes Dofollow even for external links (that happens specially in blog posts)

weird things.....
