Important! - Advertiser's Membership Renew or Extend will loose days
Hi
I've a important issue how the membership renewal/extending makes the advertiser loose previously paid for.
Let say the advertiser have:
Bronze Membership Expires: 12/30/2014
on 12/20/2014 advertiser clicks on: Renew or Extend Your Membership Pack
At the purchase page - the system message says: Your Current Membership (Bronze) will be canceled upon purchase. This membership still has 10 days remaining.
So My question is:
What happens to the 10 days the advertiser loose - which he previously paid for?
Shouldn't the system automatically ad the 10 days remaining on the previous plan to the new plan (or extend the new plan with that 10 days)?
(This is the same if the advertiser renew current plan or extend/upgrade to better plan.)
If classipress would have a AutoRenewal (recurring payment) - then this wouldn't be that big of an issue.
I hope there is a resolution, this it is very important! It has to be a solution.
