Install on WP not going well, please help?

Hello.

I have just tried to install CP on my server.

It is in a different directory than the original site. I am going to have the classifieds be an additional feature to an existing site.

I went to my C-Panel and used Fantastico to install WP on a different directory.

(Example: http://www.mysitename.com/classifieds)

The install went perfectly. I was able to login to the WP admin with no problem.

I went to the admin and immediately upgraded to WP 3.0. No problem.

I went to this new site and logged in and grabbed the latest version of CP. Saved it to my computer.

Went to the Themes under settings and uploaded the zip from my computer.

I got an error message on the themes page at the very bottom under Broken Themes:

"Broken Themes
The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.

Name Description
classipress-ult-ed-3.0.2 Stylesheet is missing. "

Soooo, I went to my FTP and deleted the zip from the themes folder.

I went back to this site and redownloaded the zip from here to my computer again. It overwrote my first one, to make sure it saved properly.

I went back to the themes admin page and downloaded it again and got the same error maessage, that the theme is broken and missing a stylesheet.

I know something is off. Not once but twice?

What did I do incorrectly?

Can someone help me?
