Intermittent Inquiries

Thank you in advance to ANYONE that can help.

My site has good traffic, about 10,000 UV per month. But...the number of inquires is VERY few...

I asked several of my advertisers to make an inquiry to themselves, and let me know if they received it.

out of 3, 2 said they got it.

Then, I posted 8 ads myself, with different usernames and email addresses, I sent myself 8 inquires, and only received 2.

I sent emails to all the 8 email addresses, they were all received, emails are working well.

so it seems like MOST of the inquiries are not being received.

Has anyone encountered similar problems?

I am working so hard to build a customer base of advertisers, but without the inquires, they are not coming back to post again...
