IP Address Blacklisted by my website

So when I login to my classipress website with adsplash child theme from my house I am able to login to an admin and user account without issue. However, from my office I tried to login and purposely put in the wrong password several times when trying to login to prompt the challenge question as part of functionality testing. The challenge question prompts after several failed attempts and asks to solve a simple math problem and states that I will have to enter my username and password again afterwards. After successfully answering the challenge question and then entering the correct username and password the challenge question just keeps coming up and is stuck in a loop. I tried to logon from several other machines in my office with the same issue on different user accounts for the website. I thankfully can still login from my home pc.

I'm guessing my office IP address has been blacklisted by something built into wordpress, classipress or adspalsh. Does anyone have any insight into this?
